2026 EPCOT Candlelight Processional Celebrity Narrator Lineup Revealed
Walt Disney World has unveiled most of its 2026 Candlelight Processional celebrity narrator lineup, and the annual EPCOT holiday tradition is shaping up to deliver beloved veterans, unexpected newcomers, and two highly intriguing empty slots. From Neil Patrick Harris and Gary Sinise to NFL favorite Jason Kelce and Hallmark royalty Lacey Chabert, this year’s roster has something for nearly every kind of Disney fan. The event returns as part of the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, running from November 27 through December 30, 2026.
A Major Disney Holiday Tradition Returns to EPCOT
The Candlelight Processional remains one of the most emotionally powerful holiday offerings at Walt Disney World. It combines celebrity storytelling, the acclaimed Voices of Liberty, a 50-piece orchestra, guest choirs from around Florida, and Disney Cast Member choirs for a soaring presentation of the Christmas story.
Now entering its 55th year at Walt Disney World and its 32nd year at EPCOT, the production will once again be staged at America Gardens Theatre in World Showcase. Guests can choose from three nightly performances, which helps visitors balance food booths, attractions, shopping, and holiday entertainment.
2026 Candlelight Processional Showtimes
- 4:45 p.m.
- 6:30 p.m.
- 8:00 p.m.
The festival itself begins later than the previous year, but Candlelight Processional will still wrap up on December 30. EPCOT traditionally clears its holiday entertainment before New Year’s Eve, allowing the park to pivot toward its massive year-end celebrations.
The 2026 Narrator List Has Some Surprising Names
Disney’s narrator roster blends dependable fan favorites with three new additions. The biggest talking point may be Jason Kelce, whose appearance marks a very different kind of casting choice for the typically actor-heavy event.
Still, the former NFL star has charisma, a large fan base, and the kind of presence that could make his performances some of the most talked-about dates of the season.
There are also two narrator windows still listed as to be announced. That leaves the door open for another major returning name, a surprise celebrity debut, or perhaps an announcement designed to send Disney holiday fans into full planning mode.

Celebrity narrators, dates, and entertainment remain subject to change, but the lineup is already unusually strong. Disney has leaned into variety, bringing together stars from film, television, music, sports, morning news, and the holiday-movie universe.
Neil Patrick Harris and Gary Sinise Are Still the Big Draws
For longtime Candlelight Processional followers, the return of Neil Patrick Harris and Gary Sinise is especially welcome. Both are considered elite narrators, not simply because of their fame but because they understand the event’s tone.
The show requires warmth, gravity, pacing, and a willingness to let the music and choir carry the emotional weight.
Harris has become practically synonymous with Disney holiday season for many guests. His Disney fandom, showmanship, and polished delivery make his dates some of the most difficult reservations to score every year.
Sinise also has a devoted following, with many fans appreciating his work with military families through the Gary Sinise Foundation.
The New Faces Could Steal the Entire Season
Robin Roberts, Jason Kelce, and Lacey Chabert are the three newcomers joining the 2026 rotation. Roberts brings a poised broadcast voice and an inspiring public presence that should translate beautifully to the America Gardens Theatre stage.
Kelce is the wildcard. He may not be the first personality guests associate with a solemn Christmas presentation, but that’s exactly why his casting is fascinating.
His fans know he can be heartfelt and sincere, and Disney evidently sees a performer capable of rising to the occasion.
Chabert may be the most natural fit for the season. The actress has become one of the defining faces of modern Christmas entertainment through her extensive Hallmark work.
Her appearance also arrives as she stars in Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True, a holiday movie filmed at Walt Disney World.
Two Missing Names Could Be Disney’s Biggest Holiday Surprise
The two unfilled date ranges are more than a minor scheduling detail. Disney has announced 13 of the 15 narrator engagements, meaning the remaining spaces could be reserved for celebrities whose calendars are still being finalized.
Fans will undoubtedly speculate about former favorites and possible first-time participants.
Several familiar names are absent from the current list, including Josh Gad, Pat Sajak, Gloria Estefan, and Edward James Olmos. Some longtime performers may simply be unavailable, while others may have stepped back from the annual tradition.
Either way, the open slots give Disney flexibility to land one more crowd-pleasing returnee.
Dining Packages Will Be the Key to Guaranteed Seating
Candlelight Processional Dining Packages return in 2026 and will be bookable online beginning October 14, 2026. These packages pair a meal at a participating EPCOT restaurant with a guaranteed seat at a Candlelight Processional performance later that same day.
Reservations will initially be available through December 13, with later dates released on a rolling basis under Disney’s 60-day dining reservation window. Guests staying at Disney-owned hotels may have an advantage through the 60 plus 10 booking benefit, which allows eligible visitors to reserve dining for more days of their vacation at once.
- Popular participating locations: Biergarten Restaurant, Le Cellier Steakhouse, Garden Grill Restaurant, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, Rose and Crown, and Via Napoli
- Same-day option: Regal Eagle Smokehouse may offer limited same-day Candlelight packages
- Package benefit: One guaranteed performance seat per diner
- Important detail: Seating within the dining-package section is first come, first served
Why Fans Should Not Wait to Book
Disney dining reservations have become a competitive sport during the holiday season, and Candlelight packages are among the most sought-after options. The combination of a reserved meal and guaranteed show access removes the stress of lining up hours early for standby seating.
Biergarten Restaurant is expected to remain a particularly popular choice. Its festive atmosphere, German buffet, live entertainment, and reliable value make it an easy match for the Christmas season.
Other restaurants may appeal based on cuisine or location, but Biergarten is often regarded as the complete holiday experience.
2026 Could Deliver One of EPCOT’s Strongest Holiday Seasons Yet
The 2026 Candlelight Processional lineup has a nice balance of tradition and novelty. There are trusted favorites for repeat visitors, fresh faces for guests looking for something new, and enough mystery around the remaining two names to keep people talking for months.
Whether guests come for Neil Patrick Harris, the emotional pull of Gary Sinise, the curiosity surrounding Jason Kelce, or Lacey Chabert’s Christmas-movie charm, EPCOT is making a strong case for being Walt Disney World’s essential holiday destination once again.
Just don’t expect those dining packages to last long once reservations open.
