Get Ready for More Drama with The Chicken Sisters
The second season of The Chicken Sisters premieres August 10 at 8 p.m. ET. If you thought Mimi’s and Frannie’s fried chicken rivalry was finished, well, not quite.
There’s a new player in town: Mr. Chicken’s Cluckery, opened by Frank Jr. (James Kot). This fresh spot on Main Street stirs up even more drama and competition.
Expect a wedding, a mysterious new guy, and—naturally—plenty of small-town gossip. It’s going to be a ride.
A Time-Bending Tale of Forbidden Love: Providence Falls
If you loved The Way Home, you’ll probably want to check out the new three-part series, Providence Falls. Premiering August 2 at 8 p.m. ET, it whisks you back to 1844 Ireland, where rogue Liam O’Conner (Lachlan Quarmby) and aristocrat’s daughter Cora McLeod (Katie Stevens) try to run off to America together.
Things go sideways, and suddenly, Liam’s living in present-day Oregon. He’s got a mission: help Cora fall in love with Finn, the guy she was supposed to marry way back in 1844.
The twist? Liam’s now Cora’s partner on the police force. With his soul on the line, his feelings for Cora just might be the biggest hurdle of all.
Solving Mysteries on Mystery Island: Play for Keeps
The third Mystery Island movie, Play for Keeps, airs August 17 at 9 p.m. ET. Criminal psychiatrist Dr. Emilia Priestly (Elizabeth Henstridge) and detective Jason Trent (Charlie Weber) are back at the murder-mystery-themed resort.
This time, a corporate retreat brings Emilia’s ex-fiancé to the island. When a guest turns up dead, the suspicion lands squarely on her.
Old feelings, new tensions, and a twisty mystery—what more could you want? Play for Keeps is a solid pick if you’re into suspense with a dash of drama.
Love and Competition in Double Scoop
Nora (Taylor Cole) and James (Ryan McPartlin) used to be a power team at a top New York ad agency. Now, they’re facing off for the business of a small-town dairy farm famous for its ice cream.
Premiering August 23 at 8 p.m. ET, Double Scoop dives into the sparks and tension as these two former colleagues compete for the same prize.
It’s a sweet mix of romance and rivalry, all set in a cozy small town. If you like a love story with a competitive edge, this one’s for you.
Rediscovering Roots in Catch of the Day
Catch of the Day premieres August 30 at 8 p.m. ET. Sophie (Emilie Ullerup), a rising Manhattan chef, is just about to be named executive chef at a fancy restaurant.
But she heads back to her family’s seafood spot in Montauk, New York, to help during a crisis. What starts as a quick trip turns into something more as she reconnects with her roots and her old crush, Cam (Michael Rady), now a local fisherman.
There’s a real warmth to this story—family, love, and a bit of rediscovery. Culinary personality Katie Lee Biegel co-wrote and produced it, and she pops up for a cameo. That’s a fun touch for food fans.
Halloween Fun with Haul Out the Halloween
If you’re a fan of Haul Out the Holly, there’s a special Halloween installment coming this fall. Lacey Chabert, Wes Brown, Melissa Peterman, and more are back on Evergreen Lane, joined by Kimberly J. Brown and Daniel Kountz from the Halloweentown movies.
This festive flick promises the same charm and humor as ever, just with a spooky twist.
Expect a heartwarming, slightly spooky adventure with familiar faces. Haul Out the Halloween looks like it’ll hit that sweet spot between silly and sentimental.
Sweet Competition in Baked With Love: Holiday
Ten pairs of home bakers are stepping up in Hallmark’s new baking competition, Baked With Love: Holiday. Each team brings their own family recipes and cultural traditions, all hoping to win the $50,000 prize and the title of Christmas Baking Champions.
Tamera Mowry-Housley hosts, with judges Irish chef Anna Haugh and New York Times cooking expert Vaughn Vreeland. If you love baking shows, this one’s got your name on it.
It’s a fun blend of creativity, tradition, and holiday spirit. Whether you’re a baking buff or just like watching people whip up desserts, Baked With Love: Holiday should be a treat.
Stream Now: Christmas in July Offerings
Missed Hallmark’s Christmas in July event? No worries—you can still stream the new movies and docuseries on Hallmark+.
The four-part docuseries, Christmas at Sea, follows superfans on Hallmark’s first-ever Christmas cruise from Miami to Nassau. There’s a surprise proposal, a wedding, a sweet sixteen, and a girls’ trip—plenty of holiday magic, even in the middle of summer.
Unwrap the Magic
This year, four interconnected *Unwrapping Christmas* movies popped up during Christmas in July on the Hallmark Channel.
*Tina’s Miracle*, *Mia’s Prince*, *Lily’s Destiny*, and *Olivia’s Reunion* each follow a different woman working at a gift-wrapping shop called All Wrapped Up.
Each of their stories centers on her own path to finding love. The films all play out over a short stretch of time and lead up to the Christmas gala.
If you’re into romance, drama, maybe a bit of mystery—or even just love a good food scene—Hallmark’s got something brewing for you this fall.
