Football and festive romance—yeah, that’s a combo Hallmark knows how to play. Sports-themed holiday movies are everywhere now, and teaming up with the Chicago Bears gives this one an extra hook.

A Disney World Romance Could Be One of the Season’s Biggest Events

The announcement that’s probably getting the most buzz is Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True. It’s Hallmark Media’s first team-up with Walt Disney World Resort, starring Lacey Chabert and Travis Van Winkle.

The premiere is set for Saturday, November 28 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT, with a Hallmark+ release the next day. Chabert’s basically Hallmark royalty at this point, so putting her in a holiday romance at Disney World feels like a can’t-miss move.

Van Winkle’s joining her, and the cast also includes Richard Kind, Christy Carlson Romano, Bryce Durfee, Taegen Burns, and Asher Alexander. Oh, and Patrick Renna’s making a cameo.

Mixing Hallmark’s holiday storytelling with Disney World’s over-the-top seasonal magic? That’s got the makings of a visual standout. Hallmark’s always been good at making small towns feel magical, but this time, they’re going big with a place that’s already all about nostalgia and spectacle.

Biltmore Estate Is Ready for Another Time-Bending Christmas

If you loved A Biltmore Christmas, here’s some good news. The new movie A Grand Biltmore Christmas premieres Saturday, December 5 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT and streams the next day on Hallmark+.

Holland Roden and Niall Matter star in this one, and the story connects the present with the Gilded Age at the historic Biltmore Estate. The period setting gives it a different feel from the usual small-town bakery setup.

Roden and Matter play Gilded Age acquaintances whose connection turns into something more in the present day. Jonathan Frakes is back, too, reprising his role from the original 2023 movie—which, honestly, is a nice nod for fans.

More Hallmark Favorites Are Headed Into Production

Hallmark’s also got a few more movies in the works that longtime viewers will probably be excited about. Alison Sweeney and Ashley Williams, who starred in and produced the 2025 films To Barcelona, With Love and To Barcelona, Forever, are teaming up for another adventure.

This new, still-untitled movie sends them on a multi-state holiday journey. Steve Lund’s in the cast, Alejandro Alcoba wrote the script, and Yan-Kay Crystal Lowe is directing.

Sarah Wilson Thacker, part of Hallmark’s Make Her Mark Women’s Directing Program, will shadow Lowe during production. It’s another step toward giving more women a shot behind the camera.

There’s also Mistletoe and Mimosas, bringing Tamera Mowry-Housley and Kristoffer Polaha together for the first time. Mowry-Housley’s executive producing, and the movie follows a woman trying to save her uncle’s Christmas-themed bar from a rival bar tied to Polaha’s character.

Russell Hainline wrote the script, and production is set to start up in Vancouver, British Columbia. Seems like a fun setup with plenty of room for those classic Hallmark sparks.
