78) Lewes Lights Tour

Lewes Lights is a special holiday event in Lewes, Delaware. Dozens of homeowners and businesses decorate their properties with bright and cheerful Christmas lights. Every night from December 1 to December 31, you can drive through and enjoy the festive decorations.

The tour runs from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, so you have plenty of time to see everything at your own pace. This is a free event, but donations are welcome to help keep the tradition going year after year.

You can even listen to narrated audio tours as you drive through the display. Local historian Mike DiPaolo has created tours for several streets, offering bits of history along the way.

If you want to make sure you see all the best spots, pick up the tour map on December 3. It will guide you through the must-see displays and make your experience even more enjoyable.
